Yeast Infection custom doughboy show coming 10/6/06

the show is set to roll out 10/6/06. all of these kick @ss customs will be up on ebay for your bidding pleasure starting 10/6/06 and bids will run for a week(7 day auctions). bid high and bid often, the artists need new paintbrushes!

if i forgot to list anyone that is in the show(i know i am forgetting someone), just send me a PM and a gentle nudge and i will take care of it. if anyone is not able to do this show, then just let me know. no worries, i understand people get busy and it's not a big deal.

message for the artists:
feel free to post pictures of your work/completed pieces in this thread. i think that once people see what you guys were able to do with this figure it will really stir up some buzz about this show. i have seen a couple already and i am blown away.

if possible, i would like for you guys to try and send the pieces back to me by 9/29/06. that will allow me the weekend to take pictures for you and post them up. if you wish to take pictures of your own work, that is completely fine with me. just remember that the better the picture you take, the higher the bids will be. also, if you do choose to take your own pictures, please make sure you send the pictures to me(for the auction) by email or just send me a link to the pic so i can save it.

if you want to take your own pictures, then i ask that you try and have the pieces back to me by 10/5/06. i would like to have them in hand before the auction starts(if something crazy comes up, just hit me up and we'll go from there).
also, i have no idea what i did with the list of names people want to be listed by for this show. feel free to post in this thread and i will make necessary corrections.

Saw an original stand, it was a simple rectangle base with two indentions for the feet/legs. To make one you should be able to take some sculpy, clay, whatever you like to use for modeling. Shape it into a rectangle, approx 21/2 to 3 inches by 4 inches, about 1/2 to 3/4 inches tall. While it is soft, stick the legs of Doughboy into it to make the indentions. (At this point I would make sure it stood up easily, otherwise adjust the size of the base) When the base has hardened, you have a stand. Hope this helps.

no, 2 other people are finished as well(that i know of).
one of them is leecifer(it is en route to my p.o. box, once i get it i will take pics and post it up- that is if he doesnt post pics before then)
i cant recall who the other person was who is already finished, but i remember i saw a pic of it in progress and it looked sick!
