DALEK bOOKS

Hello everybody,

I'm new here. I'm looking for an old Dalek book, something that was released before "nickel plated angels" and that was a collaboration with Mike Giant but I'm not absolutely sure of that...

Anyone can help?

i didnt know he had a book before nickle plated angels???? do you know the name of it???

funk pucker......it was done with mike giant. The company that put it out is called Skullz Press...however the site is not up right now. They did things with Tiffany Bozic and the likes. yeah...that was part of giants zine series.... came out around 2002/03 i think

those have been out of print for awhile....

try mikegiant.com

mike might have a few floating around

there was nothing before nickel plated...except for the giant zine...

there is a 3rd book out...which is part of a design series from a french publisher called
pyramyd

don't know if its available in the US though...
came out last summer... as part of an expo i did over in Paris

small format book....

mostly photographs

go to collections and then Design & Designer(name of the book) and Dalek's is number 37...it cost 37.71 euro to the states...which is like 50+ dollars.

It is however 120 pages....a legit book and it is Dalek's work.

the pyramid book is really nice, some toy designs, some shepard fairey/ dalek crossovers, but it worths 15 euro maximum. It's a small square book.

I just got a copy of the Pyramid book today. It is mainly photos, but theres some great art in there too (not that photography isn't art) Theres a pic of a mini spacebot, No.84. I'd love to see that as an 8" even if it was based on the larger monkey Qee form, looks evil. Anyways its, in my opinion well worth it (if you like photography)

if anyone is interested, i have the signed and numbered funk pucker print. signed by dalek and mike giant. been sitting around for a while. framed and all.

had to cut it a bit short to fit the frame though, ha. i was young and stupid.

lemme know if anyone has an offer theyd like to make.
