Just finished Half Life 2 again and fired up Fallout 3 again...man this game is awesome...

If you play, what are you playing?

ive been in the dumps so I havent played anything recently. Its funny, when I had a GF all I wanted was some me time to play games but now that I have all the me time in the world I havent been able to bring myself to play anything.

I was playing twisted metal for the PS3 and tried street fighter vs tekken.
I have been wanting to play battlefield 3 again on the 360 but ive been a netflix fiend for the past month.

My favorite game to play to pass the time is beat hazard. the indie xbox arcade game

Just finished mass effect 3, now started on vanquish & skyrim

Still got a whole bunch of games i've got to start : the run, hot pursuit, far cry 2, shank 2, trine 2, rage, battlefield 2 & 3, dj hero 2, red faction armagedon, bulletstorm, overlord 2, god of war 3, fear 2, homeland, tomb raider underworld, twisted metal, ...
guess i need a whole lot more time to game :roll:

once it gets like that I get overwhelmed. Luckily one game can hold me off for a year now. I still haven't even touched MW3, Gears 3, fifa 2012, king of fighters, Ico/shadow, metal gear collection... Think thats a sign to stop buying so many games lol. I seem to be happy playing two games all year. ive lost my edge as a gamer i guess

I'm kind of in a transition phase waiting to play diablo 3 so i've been playing lord of the rings online (free to play)

I haven't really looked...do u need a beast of a PC to run Diablo III???

I built mine a few years back, and it can run Crysis on the highest levels...which, I'm not sure if it's the case still, was one of most neediest games in terms of horsepower

I mainly go for open world games that give the most bang for the buck: Grand Theft Auto, Fallout, etc. Right now I'm playing Yakuza 4, which is ridiculously fun.

I also have a soft spot for the old school Nintendo version of Tecmo Super Bowl. I'm part of a forum of people who hack the ROM of that game every year and update it with modern rosters.

I've been playing Skyrim and battlefield 3 battlefield is fricken intense and Skyrim you just feel like a bad a** every time you slaughter a dragon

havent been playing battlefield 3 for a couple months now but it was a great great game. i mean it IS a great great game. Bought the game on release and played it everyday. When MW3 came out I didnt even open it and still havent touched it.

Really wanna get back into it.

I enjoy Fallout 3 much more than Skyrim....and I LOVED Skyrim....

I still play MW3 from time to time.
I have also been playing a lot of puzzle fighter with my friends lol..we got back into it.
I just bought 50 cent blood on the sand for 5 dollars because I thought it would be hilarious and I was right.

Diablo III doesn't have crazy requirements. My PC is on the verge of 5 years old, and it ran the Diablo Beta just fine. Not maxed out of course, but good enough. Great game play and i'm looking forward to picking it up on release day.

Last game I really played was Journey, kind of getting fatigued with all the shooters and loud noises from most other games these days (next game I am really looking forward to is The Last of Us, hopefully that survival shooter mixes it up a bit). Oh yeah, I am also playing Draw Something if that counts (normally not a mobile gamer though).

Witcher is an rpg, but not like the FF series. Not really sure what to compare it to. Its a great game so far, I am like 15 hour in, been playing an hour or two after I leave the studio each night. Game looks great for being a PC port. The fighting is tough, but thats why I like it. You got 2 swords, for different enemy types, bombs, traps, and magic. Plus potions you drink before battle, and can apply to your swords. Gotta use everything you have to get through most fights. And so far the story is well done.

Been sick of the games recently that just hold your hand the whole time and don't let you figure things out yourself. So this is a nice change and the complete opposite of that.

IMO, both of those are great, just different.

I've been playing Skyrim A LOT lately. But, I still have MANY quests to finish. Once I finish the game (or get bored with it), I'm going to load some of the mods that add new monsters and items and start again.

I had gotten very far along in Fallout 3 when my computer died and I lost all of my saves. I've been meaning to get back to it.

ohhh i have them on consoles...even though my rig can handle it, i can't justify buying them again just for mods

Anytime a game is on PC thats what I go for... just hook up an Xbox controller and its no different than console gaming but with all the extra benefits
