Yeah I called them earlier this morning and they told me to follow up at the end of the day. I just got off the phone (it's the same person there all day) and they said it didn't actually go through (I had my order in pretty fast too). Bummer!

You might want to do the same if your worried.

I just called and also did not get it!!!!
F'ing BS if you ask me!!!

I only started collecting kidrobot about a month ago and already they disappoint me... :evil:

because there was probably 1000 people trying for 4 things?

Well.... I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me that the 4 that was purchased, none of them were for international shipping. Therefore .... none is coming to Canada ....

Not because I didn't get what I want....it's a vinyl toy..not that big of a deal

When I shop online, once a product is in the cart, it is taken out of inventory..why couldn't KR have the same thing? I shop online during boxing day/black monday all the time and other retailers don't this problem.

But that's doesn't matter anymore. I understand glitches happen and technology isn't always perfect... BUT...
Another poster also just said that these were not for international shipping.
Why couldn't KR have told us that ahead of time? Instead of having god knows how many non- US residents waste their time and get excited for nothing...

Hold on hold on... I didn't say it's not for international... I just said the 4 was not bought by international.. Cause there were like 3 of us from Canada who got confirmation email..That's all ...

That depends on the store and their software. Most stores don't take things placed in your cart out of inventory. It might mean cart jacking is possible, but it also means that dickheads cant load up their basket and then sit on it for ages and then decide against it.

because you would have either:
A: one guy putting 1000 of them in his cart, just to be a d-ick.
B. one guy buying 100 at a time
C. a flurry of people who try to order the product but either can't afford it or never had any intention of buying it. people LOVE to click buttons, no matter what they do.

you will learn the game with subsequent dunny releases.

Many apologies for those whom were not able to snag one of the 4 Skullhead 8 inchers. These found pieces were not meant to upset folks but to give some a chance to possibly snag one... I know... only four but if it makes you feel better, i wasn't able to snag one as the priority was the customers, etc. out there.

Dont fret, some more cool things coming up.

I see what you guys mean by how this would prevent people (flippers) from loading up their carts...

Oh well...hopefully I can get my hands on one of these at a fair price sooner or later...fell in love with it as soon as I saw it a few weeks back!

boo hoo to all you new collectors disappointed you didn't get this. Been a Huck/skullhead fan for years and have ZERO! don't even start with the whining.

what are the odds of them making another colorway so that all the power isn't in the secondary market? :-)

so who did get these things??? a minute before the link appeared, there was under 30 ppl watching the thread, most of which i recognized as active members that post every day...none of these ppl have said that they got it which kinda gives me the impression that either noobs scored them, or non-members (since anybody can see the thread and clic the link which imo is a pretty big fail on KRs part)

oh man true that! i forgot that guests can still read the threads lol ...so it wasnt for us after all =P
