I figure at this point I'll post more evidence and more embarrassing things about Zenga every day until I get my money. My favorite is this:

This link is dead, but you get a sense what it's about... It was an archived chat I found in which Zenga endlessly argues with a Wikipedia moderator demanding to know why they keep taking down the Wikipedia page Zenga built for himself describing what a brilliant techno producer he is, and the moderator explaining there's no links in the Wiki post to verify anything Zenga is saying. Hopefully I have the chat saved somewhere. I always hoped one day this would all come to light so I did my homework, I just didn't have it in me a year ago to be the one to do anything about it. Thank God for all you guys coming forward.

art asylum aparently owns it, its left at TAG so people an appreciate the piece accordign to AAB...

The site is registered out of Sunnyvale, Ca. and gives an admin phone number for Juliann Cyhan.

we called their service provider(assuming the info was current) to see what we would need to do to get this site shut down as there shop page is still open to anyone who unwittingly stumbles across it. they told us all that would be needed would be a letter of desist from a lawyer or even from us if we know how to properly form the letter. they said we could google dmca for more info and should contact Legal@hostaway.com .

i am posting this hoping it helps any of you taking action against these people. and thank you for helping keep this community safe.

My boyfriend is calling someone else who might also have helpful info in this matter. but i thought i would post what we have found.

Good stuff Shannon, I hope someone with some decent legal know how is down to make this happen. The only thing we can do at this moment is help prevent others from getting scammed by these doosh bags, so please step up if you can. :goodman:

Upso, did you successfully file mail fraud charges?

I believe more than one of you might be able to file mail fraud charges to get the ball rolling. That way a felony case is in the process, and you can go after him at the same time with civil suits. I don't know if maybe one lawyer could handle it for everyone, but the combined documentation of everyone would serve to show what a piece of trash this guy is. Tag plenty of extra cash to the civil suits if possible.

Getting the cops to go after him for anything other than the mail fraud is going to be difficult in my experience so I would hit him in his checkbook.

People like this cheese me off, plus I thought they were somehow connected to Digger Mesch's Art Asylum. I'm glad to know they aren't.

I think Arkiv is working to make some new prints for all the people who got scammed in the AAB deal. Then the legal mess is going to take a very long time, which he wont be able to really give out any details over that. Im sure hes working on it though, hes pretty busy right now with his art shows, not that he doesnt care about the others or anything. Just allot on his plate at the moment.
