OK still no box from SpawnNMunny said his mom sent it, however something tells me if she knew anything about this she's a big as liar as he is. It's been almost a year now, just for an 8" dunny a few stickers, and i beleive he said he'd give me a snout for the troubles, please no one deal with him he's only like 12 years old, and probably can't drive himself to the post office

Anyone in contact with nathanthepotter ? Its been 45 days since I paid him $140 for 2 Dalek Spacemonkys and its been nothing but excuses and delays. Finally he said he was sorry for the delay and offered me a refund I said ok. Its been over a week, no refund or replys to my PMs and emails. Hes avoiding me now. Ive opened a PayPal claim but I think hes trying to dodge it knowing hes got no money in the account and the claim will close and I will be :gettingdeep:

I would like my money back Nathan, please stop making this harder than it needs to be. You havent sent out what I bought therefor I should get my money back.

UPDATE:
Well PayPal ruled in my favor but I only received $74 dollars back due to insufficient funds. Now Im trying to get in touch with Nathan to pay the rest. I love how hes avoiding me saying he has no time to be on the computer. If hes got time to post on his flicker account then he has time to pay me back.

I think I learned never buy from people who are claiming they need money bad due to debt. If things go wrong trying to get your money back is like taking candy from a baby.

UPDATE:
After 65 days Nathan contacted PayPal and I got my refund. Issue closed. Thank you.

he said he would buy my gray rainbow hoody about 2-3 weeks ago. he hasnt signed on since then until today but never read my PMs. but he did post a topic. he also ended up deleting his myspace or something (the link is on his profile) probably so me or others cant contact him thru there

so your basically calling him a bad buyer because he didn't buy your hoodie?
is so... i really don't think that's a problem, i would just move on and try to sell again to another person

so your basically calling him a bad buyer because he didn't buy your hoodie?
is so... i really don't think that's a problem, i would just move on and try to sell again to another person

well he told me he was going to buy it and send me the money once his paycheck came in. he didnt go by his word. its the same principle as someone not sending an item after payment has been made. they didnt go by their word. even tho no monetary transaction or shipping of an item took place he still has to abide by what he said. its a breech of contract basically.

i'm just saying it sucks when everythings all ready to be shipped and they dont contact you at all afterwards. i'd be even more heated if we decided to do a meet up or something and once i'm already there he just decides to flake. no matter what the situation it's integrity

Problem with Playdoh

My Super Teeter *signed* for his Jesse Hernandez Canti failed.

I sent him a Super Teeter signed around the end of august and he said he was going to do the same the next day and he never sent it out. It would've been an overnight shipment since he lives in San Francisco and I live next to Oakland.

so 1 Month, 5-6 PMs (unread) and a few beers later, after filing the "Problem" claim here I get a PM. I really wish it didn't have to take a problem claim to get a response.

Anyway, he was in the hospital and hadn't handled anything related to toys in a month. I apologized cause it slipped my mind. He also claims he's gonna throw in a little goodie for my patience, so we'll see what that would be.

can't wait hopefully i'll get it monday.

So my only item sold on the forums turns out to be a big ordeal. I ask that another member or admins find a solution for the issue I have with the buyer.

I sold a Tokidoki SDCC Grey Bulleto for 72.00 Shipped Priority Mail to paterpan on 9/17. I was asking for more but he haggled it down and asked to be shipped media mail. I agree and payment was made.

On 9/19 I went to my local post office and shipped the item. I saw it was a few cents more to go Priority Mail and I shipped it for 6.80. I pm the buyer updating on status.

A few days later he had not received the item. I drove to my post office to inquire about it and called. I replied to all of paterpans messages quickly. I asked to verify the address as paypal said it was unverified. He confirmed the address was correct.

9/29 the package was returned to me marked as Vacant. The shipping address label was printed not hand written so bad handwriting wasn't the problem. I went again drove back to the post office to find out why it was marked vacant? I was told it was because nobody was there at that address.

9/29 same day. I pm buyer with update that the package is here and I can re-ship. He will need to pay 4.00 medial mail shipping to have it re-ship. I would cover tracking and insurance so if there are any issues this time it's covered.

Paterpan did not want to pay for shipping. Doesn't want the item anymore. Wants his money back plus half of shipping refunded.

I explained to him that I don't have the funds to be refunding and that it's not my fault it was returned or his fault. To please pay for the shipping so I can have it sent out tomorrow.

Paterpan now wants to be 3.80 to have it shipped priority mail. I would be responsible for paying the rest plus the extra services.

What do you guys think is fair?? I don't want to pay any more money for something I didn't do wrong. I shipped it and I am not responsible for lost or stolen items via the post office. I understand Paterpan doesn't want to pay anything more because of my same reasons he also did nothing. I feel pushed around on this situation. I spent time, money, gas, and I have a headache with all of this. Please help with a resolution for both parties.

I say 4.00 Media Mail the buyer pays. I cover tracking and insurance.
