I have a small problem with essicaj-_-
She sold me a blue Tado Love Dunny on April 8 or 9 2008
And in her description she said it was in great condition and that everything was included
Well it turns out that the post-sign was missing
And there are scratches in 4 different places (eyes,ears,leg and back of the head)
I sent her many emails about a return or if she could find the post-sign
But all I got was a one time response saying "not yet"
I would like the people on this board to be careful when considering buying from her

BTW- I've seen her logged on many times since my purchase and still has not replyed but once

why dont you tell the whole story if your gonna tell it

first off i accidentally misplaced the sign i told him that i was in the middle of selling my home/moving so when i cam across it i would gladly email it to him, might be a little then comes the daily emails well what should i do lie and say i mailed it and then in a few weeks say oh well sorry us postal mail sucks,i did mail it, guess it got lost.. or be honest and say not yet I choose being honest
and the scratches you speak of i looked at the pics they are black smudges which are from the black post sign, which is why i never displayed it holding the sign, which is why the sign is misplaced the black gets everywhere a mister clean eraser would wipe that right off, all my toys sit in detolf shelves so i doubt they are scratches and from the pics you posted in the other thread all i see is black if i noticed the smudges i would have cleaned it off for you but i must have overlooked it.
so bash all you want and ill continue to look for this sign that you think makes the dunny worth 65.00 less then the 175.00 that you paid.

Ive got a problem with Keldraga.

I had to open a PayPal claim against him today because he has yet to send off the items I bought from him and now hes not answering PMs. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since I paid and hes got every excuse under the sun. Plus he said he would be sending them off last Wednesday night which he didnt do because they would of arrived by Friday given that we only live 4 hours apart.

Hopefully this will either get my money back or light a fire under his rump to send off the items I bought.

So my print from DJ Quinico FINALLY showed up today. The kicker is he just slipped it in an envelope and it got bent all to crap. Normally you send a print in a cardboard tube. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

I hope this guy never sells another thing to anybody. He's an absolute joke. :gettingdeep:

i made a trade with carcrashheather about 2 months ago...she received her toy in a matter of days...i have not received anything...so with countless amounts of pm's to her i finally get a hold of her saying that her roomate sent it out to me...i am still waiting for her half of the deal to this day..what should i do...help please!!!

I sent two private messages via Kidrobot (May 31, 2008 & June 1, 2008) and one email (June 1, 2008) and Manimal has not responded to any of them, yet I see this individual making posts on the Kidrobot forum, so it's brought me to great speculation that this person is just ignoring my messages.

So it's quite unfortunate that I've had to resort to putting a post like this. I hope the item arrives or I am refunded my money. If my item arrives, I will gladly apologize and void this posting.

And sure enough… I did not get tracking and still haven’t. Annoyed I wrote this to him:
ok... now i'm making a big deal of this. This the third maybe even the forth time you've mis-informed me on how this transaction is going to go. Even after you appologized and promised me tracking info that same day and didn't produce. It is now Saturday which i was promised product by. Guess what... NOTHING!!! It is now 2 months past when you were supposed to get this to me and still nothing.

I will be making complaint in the negative feedback thread and with paypal if i do not get this product by monday June 2nd 2008 at the point of mail delivery, so if they are not sent as of now i would overnight them immediately.

This is easily the worst transaction i have had in the 50+ b/s/t that i've had in the short ammount of time on these boards and i certainly didn't expect that from not only a mod on these boards, but a supposed "professional" custom artist. I will not be purchasing from you in the future and i will not recommend you to anyone. Sucks too because my intentions were to get a custom 10" labbit from you because of what i've seen you do. But bad business is bad business.

they went out wednesday. i can't help it if they didn't show up yet. when they arrive if you are unsatisfied with them, please return them and i'll give you a refund

i will acknowledge that i fell behind and did not deliver them when promised. and i apologize for that.

And then finally I check my email today and in continuation of this great showing of customer service, he gives me a refund and tells me to send them back when they show up. In closing. I definitely will be sending back your product and will never do business with you again. And I assure you that I will be sending back your customs in the same timely manner that you took to send them to me.

An update with my problem with Keldraga. He still hasnt logged on here and read any PMs but he did respond to the PayPal claim. Instead of sending them out last Wednesday like he said he would he said he sent them off last Friday via Expresspost (2 day shipping). It didnt come today so tomorrow is his last day before I escalate the claim. I also asked for a tracking number which comes standard with shipping within Canada. So well see what happens.

UPDATE

So I did end up getting these today (June 4). But he didnt actually send my package until the day I filed the PayPal claim. Makes me wonder if I didnt file the claim would he of sent them off?

Anyways its all good, I understand everyone has real life issues and sometimes things get delayed but communication is key. Be honest and dont lie about when you sent it off, it will always come back and bite you in the butt.

UPDATE: Buyer beware: Motorbot informed me that my package was shipped on May 28th 2008 as you can see in the post above and assured me it should be there by Saturday and even went as far as to print his own shipping that says 05/27/08 right on the label. But according to the confirmation number right on label when you check online it says it left June 2nd 2008. Now i highly doubt that the USPS is going to sit on a package that was sent priority mail for 5 days before shipping. And given the fact that i recieved today, 2 days after the ACTUAL day it was sent, i'm going to assume that this is just one more shaddy addition to this transaction.

Motorbot has ALWAYS been straight up.. probably just got a bit behind (He does ALOT of customs). but he just shipped it 2 days ago right..? really is nothing compared to what you see in this thread.. and for someone whos been around Forever without ANY bad transactions.. 'In my opinion' I dont think it was necessary to add him to this thread.. Sadly enough you got refunded which means you're not getting something from him..

I just honestly think when people here havent recieved or heard communication from new members after 4-5 weeks or more.. that bringing up something about someone whos been here for years WITHOUT ANY problems isnt really warranted.. especially after it just being shipped 4 days later than it was supposed to..

i was lied to 3 times and had to ask him 3 seperate times over a 1 month period after he was already 1 month late on delivering the product. If he had been straight up with me i definately would not have posted this. But as i said he gave me the brush off 2 times before he actually sent and then lied again about when he sent it. Long standing member, mod or otherwise that :gettingdeep:

ain't cool. I'm sure tons of people will take his back, but this was my experience with him.

two or three weeks is not a long time to wait for a product. people who complain about waiting this long are absurd. this is not directed at anyone in particular. but really, two weeks and then file a paypal claim? that's crazy talk, people have lives.

I try to always be honest about when I'm going to ship. and poor communication from sellers always sucks. good luck on all your resolutions. cheers!

i cant relate since he's always been upsatdning with me and everyone else i know..

also, yes.. 3-4 weeks is nothing.. i have customs out that ive been waiting 3-4 months on.. people have lives, crap happens, and you deal.. either way i cant wait to get them, and i completely understand.

the package was picked up on wednesday, may 28th, in allen, tx. it wne tout with the outgoing mail, so i don't know what it was doing in coppell on june 2nd. i don't work for the usps.

you could have asked for a refund at any time and i would have gladly given it to you. you got a refund because i don't appreciate being threatened. i expect the dunneeps in my hand next week or i'll file my own paypal claim.

Actually when you spend 100s of dollars on items from complete stangers waiting 2 or 3 weeks is unnerving when you dont hear from them. PLUS he said he sent them out but days went by with no delivery. Normally I dont worry about it, shipping sucks this I know, BUT he lives 4 hours away. Shipping should have only taken a day. So I made a claim just to feel safer, its funny however it wasnt until I made the claim that he sent it :-k

Like I said earlier, if :gettingdeep:

happens all you have to do is say you didnt get a chance to send it, communication works wonders to help situations like this.
