I'm seeing more and more folks from Seattle on the boards. Let's do a headcount so we can save the world, or at least ourselves, from the evils of shipping and handling if we have anything to buy or sell. Also, it would be good to hear what you have and where ya buy your stuff. Network, network, network.

There's a couple of spots in Ballard that carry KR toys as well. But Schmancys is the spot - especially to get 8"ers. Kristen is hella cool, too.

gonna have to check it out. Something about going into a store and checking stuff out in person that I love. Sitting and browsing online just doesn't do some pieces justice!

3"ers you can find at a few places like UO and there's a small comic book store kitty corner from slinky's on 45th. Schmancys is probably your best bet for anything else vinyl, but they get pretty low quantity on the cool stuff.

I'm in Seattle as well..

Schmancy, gifted in Ballard, UO, and Comic Dungon in Wallingford all have the French Series.. and UO still had S4 last time I checked.

I picked up the Pink Tag Team last month at Comic Dungon for $50 last month, which was a pretty cool find!

I have tons of dupes of S4 and Frenchs - more of the common picks for face value if anyone is looking for something basic and doesnt want to pay ebay shipping.

If anyone is selling S2 or the LA series, let me know.. love to find a local trading system.

cheers!

I don't know of any at all, Snorse might, but I really haven't heard of any stores of yonder.

Hey All. I'm up in Kenmore and have been colleting for two years. Schmancy is definitely my local spot, Voltage up in Vancouver is really good too.

Kenmore's a cool spot. I used to go to Kenmore Lanes lots in high school (back in the day). Don't know anywhere on the Eastside to get some vinyl goodness. Dang KR - you should throw up a store in Seattle since you have one on all the other corners of the lower 48.

Yooooooooooooooooooooo

i literally had to log in to KR when i saw this thread!!

i've recently just gotten into these soft vinyl toys, along with my wife too.

The first thing i purchased was a DIY Munny, which i never really finished.

so far we've been collecting what we can from the series that we can. We were too late to get S4 from schmancy, so we've been getting it at UO with some friends. I've been very fortunate and lucky to be able to pick up all the ones that i want. Jessup's in open and closed eye, tara, and Sket.

I have 2 extra Clockwork koziks if anybody is interested, otherwise i'm going to throw them up on the 'bay.

Also, be careful when you guys buy from UO, talked to one of the employees today and was told the following things.

Many of the taped up boxes already have the foil opened up. They make sure that the toys are in the box still, and just re-tape it up. some of the staff, that DO know about the toys, have told me while they were re-taping these boxes, they notice that there were no "chase" or "rare" ones in the box. that most of them were 12cars, and mist, and motorcycles etc.

also some of the employees reseal some of the boxes, very sad indeed. However they mark these boxes by coloring in the left eye of the "Mad" dunny.

Hope this helps you guys, cuz it's helped me in "dodging" these boxes....

otherwise yes, i'm happy to meet you guys here, and i hope that the next time a series drops, we'll be able to do some trades!

did any of you guys order a GID halloween dunny? i did the day it popped up on the site, and am still waiting for it.....you guys get it yet?

If you live in Spokane, don't you have access to Boo Radleys? I heard that place had a very nice selection.
