that print is amazing in person (not that it's not as a jpeg, but just blows your mind in real life)

those look great. I've been saving up for a long, long time. Seems like every time I think I have enough for a big, significant piece, the artist doubles his prices:(

Anyone know what the going rates will be on the og's??

I'd like to know that as well. Also, if anyone knows if there will be an online preview of the show.

there's a waiting list-- email the gallery right now! And the JLG waiting lists actually go in order, so all of the work could sell out before they get to you

I think BLK market show prices were significantly higher than the JLG show before that, so that usually means they'll be up again. I think prices started in the $2500 range for framed drawings(?) anyone remember?

I'm really looking forward to this show. I love Soto's work and would love to be able to get something---can't wait for the official preview. Stay tuned to Soto's blog as he says that he will post more as the show approaches.

Jim is awesome! We're on both waiting lists and if we don't make the cut-off for the Soto we'll just be spending even more on Jim.

wooo, that's pretty long, about old as the supernova show! Was it even public back then?
Have you looked at the pieces yet? Anyway, we'll see tomorrow about prices!

Got on the list for the Storm Clouds show right after the Supernova show---where I was fortunate enough to get the piece I wanted. Yes, it was public you just have to keep an eye on the JLG website. I have seen some of the work posted on The Chung's blog as well as Jeff's blog. I definitely have my eye on a couple of pieces and hope they're still available when my number is called---fingers crossed.
