I received my 1000% Rukkit straight from Thailand this week and I am very pleased with it. The Design is great and flawless and it is the non-waterprint-good-quality :D

I was at the HK Toy Festival briefly on Friday, not really a lot there (mostly mainstream toys) but there was a small Medicom display with some new stuff being previewed including my first in person look at Series 36. They only had a couple of 1000%s for sale, they were quite cheap, but that was all they had, no 400s at all to tempt me.

That series 36 is lit. I like every piece and the neon Green/yellow basics, wohoooo. Can't wait for them.

Early preview of this month's releases has leaked and some big items; gold Sorayama sets, new Pushead, Garfield 400%, more Star Wars and layered and horizon Fragment wood, plus 1 or 2 other wood releases I think.

Well this is all your turf, there are a lot of 400%s. Garfield looks nice and the Tokyo Tribe Warus too. So the Pushead will be 3 100% and a 400% set, am I getting that right? Star Wars is not my preferred theme and the 1000% Marshmallow Man either. Thank god, more money for older releases ^^

Yes lots of 400s, not sure if I am leaning towards any at the moment, always want another wood but the costs are just getting so steep.

Series 36 should release Saturday in Asia so we will see the chases and such very soon.

Series 36 looking pretty good, some cool chases and lots out there in Asia already. I saw them everywhere today in HK.

This Shareef 400% set is looking cool and will be popular I think, but Medicom Plus exclusive so I think it will be harder to get and have a rising fast price.

The retail is high on that one, but that is still near double. I do think this one will stay at a high price though. For me if I could get one at retail I would, but otherwise it will probably slip through as I just do not like paying those kind of prices, too many Be@rs out there to pay big money ;)

What do you guys think of the Sorayama stuff? I'm a big fan of his paintings, but the Bearbricks look kinda off, especially since they're gold instead of silver. They look kinda phoned-in to me. Bummer.

I'd love to see Medicom or KR or someone make an 8" figure of one of Sorayama's robot ladies.

The Silver Sorayama bearbrick was already released. It’s a nice simple bearbrick, the gold is another money spinner, but the silver is enough.

I’d love to see a 200% chogokin silver version

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, one with a little more detailing would be great.

That is the Irasutoya Boy from the Irasutoya design range by Takashi Mifune. A range of characters used in Japan and popular in things like phone stickers on messaging platforms like Line.

Are you talking about a custom you did or one you bought? If its just a bought bear brick don't do it. there isn't a need.
