How much money do you guys spend on toys? I know since I started collecting dunnys that I have spent waaaaay too much this past year. I told myself I was only going to stick w/ dunnys, and ended up collecting a set of Sket-Bots, Stereotype series 4, Fatcaps, etc. and am now pretty broke!

I am interested in knowing how much others have spent this past year on toys; also, what was the most expensive item you have ever purchased (toys)? For me, it was my Feric at $135! I love that guy and couldn't blind pick him! :?

depends how much I move in a given week

movement = increased energy usage = more food consumption = less money for toys

$1,555 in the last 4 weeks . . . mostly Secret Base, the new Kaws x BxH Kuns and a Gamagon sneaked in there too! . . . . sounds like time to sell some more Dunnys!

Most paid for a single piece . . . $700-800 (mentally blocked out the specifics) for a bronze Kaws x Pushead . . . . luckily the seller was cool with payment over a couple of instalments!

After bills food and petrol, I'd say about all of it, its really hard not too.

KR needs to set up a new fourm for coping with addiction to vinyl.
Better yet there should be a KR credit card!! 25% off in store!!

anywhere from $50-$150 a month. I got a lot of bills which stops me from going all out, but I usually get the things I want. Man if I would of discovered vinyl while I was in high school....

DOOM.

most expensive single item (not a custom) was orange sour at $200

totala since I started in february is far too much now that I actually calculated a total, so I think more selling is going to have to happen.

haha, me too. this is my cheapest habit.
ive probably spent 3 grand in the past two years of collecting
it takes a LOT of effort to keep your collection small and focused.
especially for a packrat like myself

I wouldn't even know where to begin adding it all up. So the answer is...way too much and not enough!

I do not spend very much $$ anymore for a couple of reasons.
• I got obsesed and filled a room with vinyl.
• Spent ~100 bucks a week
• I not longer have any place to really put toys.

I think the most expensive things I have bought was an Orus and a 12" DAPE figure. Both were just under 100 bucks.

Now I am a bit picky about what I am willing to buy, mostly cause I don't have much room. If I am going to buy a figure, it really has to be a great figure.

I try to limit myself to $100 a month now.

Speaking of which, I need to post up some new pics of the toy wall. Soon to be toy room, once I get down to Ikea again.

However this might all change since my wife and I are opening a store and will be carrying vinyl as one of our products. It might be hard to resist getting high of my own stash...

i dont buy many toys. i collect more watches (this hobby puts my toy collecting to shame)

however, most i spent on a single toy.. 500 bucks..or whatever was retail on wood kaws.

this past year, the only toys i got were the deph 8" and kawsxbountyhunter 2 collab. i'd include the kaws dissected but DAMN that website!!!!

Since I don't have a car payment... I think of this habit as my car payment.
