Unidentified Gloomy Bear Chase

I have recently found a gloomy bear in my collection. I have spent five hours searching the web for it however no results were found. It is sealed with the gloomy bear symbol in the package however the figure itself is a ultra rare sheep chase. It is not displayed on the box or any other gloomy bear info website. I need help identifying it and pricing it for ebay.

Description:

It is in a package and looks like a sheep wearing a mask of a wolf. It is all white and very large with the military pattern gloomy bear sticker inside the sealed wrapper. There is a tag inside. I can't figure out what this is, it came out of a gloomy bear box, official.

I believe what you have is a "Podolly" figure. Created by Mori Chack, Podolly belongs to the same universe Gloomy Bear is in.
