Karin seems to be defective across the board. The feet are not straight and she could not stand by herself. But itherwise, they are almost at par with the other sf series.

Come to think of it, yes, I had to turn his big head sideways so bulk of his hair will counterbalance the tilt.

I'm glad that you guys are pleased with the new series for the most part.

I'm making sure to let the higher ups know about the issues you guys are seeing.

Has anyone opened a Karin that actually does stand?

I'm not sure if there's a thread about quality and I was going to make a thread about it; but decided to just post here, seeing as there is some activity between Kidrobot and the community.

Right off the bat, I noticed the box and silver bag that house the figures to be a bit cheaper/thinner than before. Again, this was just a gut feeling especially when you compare the cheap plastic bags you see w/ some Funko blind boxes as well as older KidRobot blind boxes.

When I finally opened the figures, I noticed the colors of this SFV series to be much more vibrant, but the weight and feel in hand just felt 'much' cheaper. I think anyone who has collected blind boxes as a whole can tell you that the figures are being made cheaper as they feel cheaper. I don't know if this is an across the board change but I would hate to see Kid Robot blind boxes turn cheap and feel like the Funko ones.

Back in the days, a $5ish blind box would get you a solid figure. These days, it feels a lot cheaper and lighter.

I hope the KidRobot folks are willing to genuinely take a look at this. Cheers

I have yet to have one on hand but from photos the sculps look cheaper as well. Not a much effort was put in. The paint application isnt aligned even in the stock photos. Im sure after the crash kidrobot had they have gone a cheaper route to save money to try and build profit

Was able to Snipe the busty R. Mika. Why does Birdie's hair have to be taller the Guile's? Now I cannot display him standing up =/

And have to move the rest of the alternate color ways to another case...

A lack of some important characters like Dan, DJ, T Hawk, and SF4 characters like C Viper, Seth, Rufus, Adon etc gives me hope that there should be another series like a "fill in the gap series" to round up the franchise.

These are a rarity these days given no new licensed blind box comes with one anymore.
