I would be careful with Motorbot. I think he's done with toys these days, haven't seen him do anything for several years now. He still has one of my toys that I sent him for a paint job back in 2009!

If you are looking for someone I would suggest looking through here, Instagram, Trampt, Rotocasted and other sites to see who has a style you like. Then contact the artist directly through whatever methods they use (Instagram DM....).

Personally I really like Jon Paul Kaiser, SouthernDrawl (haven't seen him around lately though), MapMap, The Bots... there are lots of others out there as well who work at pretty much every budget level.

Best of luck in your hunt.

I have the motorbot Kaws tin mickey custom, he was a great guy to work with but as others have said I'm guessing long time gone.

I think jpk would be awesome doing a companion

Thanks Yardarm, but I shared a booth with MapMap at Toycon UK for a couple of years and the man's a bloody marvel. I've never seen a bad JPK or Drilone either so any of those three would be amazing.

I agree with everything you've said. I still stand by what I said though. ;)

I know the collector toy world is a bit contracted from what it was 10 years ago but we still have lots of you folks still pushing the boundaries. That's why I'm still here and loving every moment of it.
