Jeez, this sucks! I've had some transaction with this guy too, and always had very good contact with him (for instance, once I didn't had the funds to buy one of his toys, but he kept it apart for me for quite some time) .

My first reaction was "no way, he will come back to the buyers", but after seeing that he posted a DVD to a wrong address.... :doubt: Unfortunately I don;t have any further info. I haven't seen him on the Dutch forum dunny.nl either.

Good luck to all!

As mentioned in the kaws thread, I sent him money too but toys were not delivered to me (to some other address) . And I did a check with my postal service and found out who it was delivered to, thinking that he might have written the wrong address by mistake. Found out that he actually sent a DVD instead of the toys. Then I realized I was most prob scammed. Lucky for me, I paid as goods and got back my money through paypal.

If u need his number, pm me Will

So it seems NOW that he has hit at least 2 board members ^^^ and purposely shipping to the wrong address ...just to have an excuse and buy time demonstrates a pre meditated scam / crime / felony if over $500 ...also when said package to wrong addy held a DVD insted of KAWS goods suggests he new exactly what he was doing from the get .

And don't get this twisted those of you who are down on the guy for sending the bank transfer ...he made a decision to do so based on the members history and sure it looks like a real bad move now and I'm sure he feels bad enogh bout it and lesson learned and all that mess ... but the payment isn't the problem ...no communication for 3 weeks on 5K regardless of how payment was made ...however it was made...IT WAS MADE ...you had better believe I'd be going far beyond whatever it takes to bring this dude out of hiding ...it's been established he's got the messages and obviously dodgin there's NO EXCUSE short of being on his death bed ...anyone can take 30 secs to type something ...a schedule , explination something .

If you're in Belgum and can help Will out do whatever you can ...that goes along way here and is not forgotten ..I'll even throw in a free piece of vinyl off my sale thread for any help in resolving the issue either geting him his merchandise he paid for or a refund . Get at this dude... enough pressure can split granite .

+1 I am also willing to throw in an item of mine for free if we can help resolve the issue for him...

Appreciate all the offers but i dont think its needed for that. I know the exact house he lives in on Wachtebekesraat Street in Belgium I have a few people in the works on something special for him. I will wait it out for a bit and see what his next move is before doing anything. It seems like hes not going to respond either way like I said its not the money but the time i have to spent doing so. I can go to the proper authority but I am not a person that like to snitch but if i must I must. I prefer to handle this with a few smart and powerful friends.

I bought a piece from him last year with no problem even when i mention it the last time we spoke he dont remember selling to me. As his name is brought up and I begin to put the picture together he was just brokering deals between 2 parties and trying to make a buck.

maybe a case of a hacked account, or stolden computer? It could happen that he has all his passwords saved, and someone jacked his computer and logged in and scammed a bunch of people? maybe I just drank too much coffee today?

no one hacked into his accounts and did all that he reply to Saucemoola on FB this Saturday and said he will get back to me.. mean while i email him once a day and he dont reply back at all. So all I can say it was his major set up and I few into trusting old board members.

Super bummer. Well, ripping someone off for $5000 across state lines is a federal case that would be worth pursuing.

this has took a deep hit to the art vinyl community....im sure xeneize666 has probably started another username...most doubly he has seen all the chitter chatter about this situation...if it was me, i would personally fly out to Belgium....either way i have decided not to ever purchase anything from this forum again....but its good for news and information.

You can't have a mentality like that! There surely are some crooks on here but not everyone is a scammer. You just have to be extra careful on how you make your transactions. Always use PayPal/credit card. That way you can easily dispute it. I'm sure he would have gotten his money back if he didn't wire it.

I hope no one else thinks that the boards can't be trusted. We've just been having a few rotten apples lately.

Dude I hope you get your sh!t, toys or money back.

Another good reason why their should be only 1 IP address per account. So people like him dont make a new one and start all over again.

I can't think of any legitimate excuse that would result in someone not being able to send a quick email in almost a month. I'm sorry man and I really hope everything works out for you.

Also, a quick Google search brought up his YouTube account, obviously assuming that nobody else has the same username (very doubtful).

He actually had activity on YouTube a week ago, it said he 'liked' a video. So if he has time to watch YouTube videos, he definitely has time to respond to someone that gave him A LOT of money.

I agree. My very first transaction on here, I was ripped off for $400 bucks, and just the other night someone tried ripping me off again in a trade deal (I was extra careful in this instance, so nothing happened to me or my stuff). Has it made me feel as though no one can be trusted? No not at all... You need to excersize a lot of caution with any transaction...

What happened here is horrible without question, but it does not mean that no one can be trusted...

Anytime, I'm feeling down, I come to these boards for a good laugh. A fool and his money will soon be parted. Sending 5,000 dollars by wire transfer because someone has a good reputation on a toy board, that's insane, especially when he lives out of the country. All you nerds talking about beating people up, like you've once ever seen a dangerous situation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying what happened to you was right, but you have no proof, that you did anything other than send him a large present. Expensive lesson learned, don't send someone money that your not afraid of losing. If anyone is interested, I have a nice cottage in Nigeria, I'm thinking of selling, lowball offers won't be tolerated.

Nice, as soon as my inheritance is in from my late uncle in Nigeria (what a coincidence!) I'll make you an offer. All I need to do is send the kind people there some money and I'll be good to go, I'll be in touch.. 8)

#1 why you coming in here acting like your not the nerd,
#2 whos the fool that comes in here feeling down to get a laugh? why you feel down? cause you got nothing else better to do?
#3 $5000 is an expensive lesson, and this lesson should remind everyone on here oh what can happen.

and last but not least i can care less for the $5000 i just dont want him to get it as long as someone else handles it and get it im all for it.
