why wont one of my submissions...submit?

hopefully someone can shed some light on this situation. i submitted the image below to the munny contest TWICE now and i am just curious as to why its not being accepted? is it the booze? any info is appreciated!

i submitted it as i did with others i did. they showed up on the site the day after but this one doesnt seem to be posting.
