I hope this is the right place for this...

I purchased a bunch of Futurama KR, they are for me or trading to complete my set.

My Zapp has his head on a little weird as it has a space and comes off his head far too easily, he was purchased in a blind box... this defect while super annoying was tolerable.

Today however, I decided to Display Fry alongside Zapp and the Bender I had open. Without any tampering what so ever Fry's head popped off in a different way than Zapp at more of the neck piece rather than the head itself coming off.

Is there anyone at kid Robot to Contact regarding this? They were both figures from Blind Boxes and while not the greatest characters I am a big fan of both and it ruins my set that they are defective...

if you call customer service they help out. I had a few guile's from the street fighter line with warped heads to where they couldn't stand. called CS and they shipped over a blind box for each figure deformed.

You wont get teh same figures they will just let you get another bb

yes it certainly was very nice of them! They go through Diamond to get their KR so I'm glad they did it otherwise it woulda been a lot of leg work
