Question About Kidrobot Store NY

Hey, I'm from the New York area and curiosity has me wondering: what do the guys at KRNY look for in a resume?

Not about to apply myself, but a couple of friends were talking about it the other day thinking they only hire the artsy, hipster type. I can mos def see that but what else is there to a good KR employee? art internships? portfolios? particular skills other than running a store? Are they the type of spot that upon hearing "how can I apply" they tell you to put your resume online and it's never gonna get checked?

It is just as anywhere else you apply to. Good work ethic, interest or knowledge about the vinyl world, etc. I would suggest giving KRNY a call or stoping by... that is really the only way to find out.
