i've been saving proper $$$, im imagining ill come home with suitcases full of toys and at least a stone heavier, ha ha ha! We're only coming for the Sunday unfortunately, so hopefully that'll curb my spending slightly :)

I'm bringing $1,000 to spend on sdcc stuff, and that's it. Putting my foot down this time.

Try 3-5 stones... the free stuff and swag alone will set you back 2...

And nope... SUN is when you get the great deals!

Hey, if you are in LA you gotta hit up Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles... I know about the "stones"... I think it's 14 lbs for 1 stone... And In 'N' Out Burger... trust me.

That's just silly. It doesn't take care of the accommodation shortage and problems. MOVE IT TO ANAHEIM!!!

I grew up in San Diego and I enjoy visiting every year for SDCC and can't imagine it anywhere else, it just wouldn't be the same. I hate change, but a move to Anaheim or LA would be nice. Faster drive from Phoenix, more places to go, things to do afterwards, I know more people in the LA area, there's more budget hotels within driving distance. San Diego already signed on till 2013 and I think they just extended the contract to 2015 so it's not gonna be anytime soon.

Did anyone watch the Simpsons on Sunday? Comic Book Guy mentioned Comic Con moving to Anaheim I thought it was funny, but now it makes sense. I never knew about this news of Comic Con moving, well possible move. To quote Comic Book Guy, "Would anyone really be happy with Comic Con moving to Anaheim?" If it means cheaper flight and hotel reservations then yes, but I just love San Diego so it would be sad if it did move. I've also heard rumors about CC moving to Las Vegas. For now I'm just trying to get to this years SDCC. Still got my fingers crossed.

Unfortunately at that price, it would be worth while for the "resellers" to drive the first day, collect all of the passes then hand them off to their buyers.

Sad... but this is what SDCC has become...
