I placed an order on Saturday, April 11th, and have not received anything yet. When I call the customer service line throughout the day, it tells me that either that extension is no longer active, or that there is no one in customer service currently. I've also attempted emailing, but haven't gotten any response since last Saturday.

Could someone look into order #4724

I had someone look into it, and your specific order should ship early next week. I believe a notice in your order confirmation made a mention about possible delays im shipment.

In that case please cancel the order and give me a refund. It said it would need 3 days to process and would arrive 3-5 days later, and I won't be able to get it and customize it in time for what it was needed for if it is shipping next week.
