Coasterbear could you please give me some wisdom on this one

update July 22 still nothing i wouldn't advise anyone doing business with this guy unless you get you stuff up front

he hasn't logged on since lat Thursday and not answered my pm's also so maybe that means he has changed his id again and some one else will get ripped off [-(

I was the guy who pulled the winning bid on this guys auction after I found out who he really was. Earlier he gave me a run around on an UNKL print, then finally sent it folded in an envelope rather than a tube. Then he claimed I lied about the condition of the print, etc, etc, etc. I actually did get a refund after I refused to withdraw my Paypal claim, but I have a useless print on my hands.

This guy really needs to be banned from the forum. I just don't understand why he's still allowed to post and sell to unsuspecting boardies.

About two weeks ago I had an auction thread in which this boardmember won a custom Mini Munny/Labbit set. I pm'd them twice in regards to payment and I've heard nothing. Everyone else was pretty quick to contact me after they one.

I sent an email, got a bounce back. Then on around August 1, I put in a dispute with PayPal, and just had to escalate it to a claim. Wish it didn't have to go down like that, but it did.

Like I said, I hope she's OK and everything, but this sucks.

i'm having a small problem with sirimabadfisher. i paid for a goldie smash on july 28th, the only message i got from him was the one confirming that he'd sell it to me and gave me his paypal information. i sent two messages asking for tracking numbers, he responded to neither. he left a post in his selling forum letting everyone know he was shipping out the packages on the 30th-31st. it's been two weeks since i paid for my item. yesterday i sent him a message letting him know i would be disputing the paypal charge if he did not respond by the end of the day, but he hasn't even logged in since july 31st. if i'm not mistaken, i'm not the only person who hasn't received their item from him. i know it seems like i'm jumping the gun since it's only been two weeks, but if he sent it nearly two weeks ago it should definitely be here. at the very least he should be responding to the messages his buyers send him.

bought a zombie dunny from him, still nothing. first bad transaction on this board.

i remember him having problems from his pass dealings, with late shipping. however his sales thread, said it was going to be shipped 30th/31st.

Also having a problem with sirimabadfisher. Bought a tag team brick face but haven't received it yet either. Also no response =( Was hoping he was just slow to mail out but sucks that he isn't responding to anyone. will file a claim as well if he doesn't respond soon.

Might be selling the same item to multiple people. Don't wait.. file your claims. If theres money in the account you need to freeze it before he transfers it out. If you file it late, the people who filed first may receive what he does have in there and when its dry, the remaining people will have to wait until (if he ever does) fill his paypal account with money.

i can't stand seeing this kind of thing happen here in the community. its very unfortunate, and it leaves a bad taste for the good sellers and buyers here.

i've escalated the claim now.

what goes around, comes around. i can't imagine him feeling very good about stealing and lying. hope he's doing alright.
