Just a heads up, I helped JOHNNYXBOT/Jhon Wilder buy a retail FAUX set of 3A back months ago by sending him 110.00 which was retail for 2 of the figures.

Once he got items in he claimed he was having problems and couldn't ship very soon. I contacted him about every other day just to see if he shipped the times yet. A week later and no shipping I just got a rude message back that he cannot ship so he is going to refund the money to me. I told him I don't want a refund and to ship when he can.

Well 4 days after he said he'd give a refund he sent it. So he probably had to resell the #10 which goes for twice what he sold it to me for.

So just a buyer beware I believe this guy is using others money to order sets and then refunds the money once he gets them to sell for more.

Sounds a lot like BLUEGREENKEY.

has anyone had good dealings with him JOHNNYXBOT?

Because I think this is just ridiculous and a pretty cheap move.

to start off, you didn't help me buy anything, i purchased it with my own money then offered it to other members at a great price. secondly i mentioned to you over facebook in a message (one of the many) that my apartment had flooded and thus i was forced to pack all of my belongings up while i search for a place to move into. you still insisted on pestering me through multiple messages and then you went to far as to try to guilt trip me into exchanging one of your figures for another one because it had taken me a long time to ship your items (nothing which you were blind to because i made sure to message you back as soon as i thought there would be an issue in shipping) as far as the "rude message" i've included it here in a screenshot followed by your lovely message that just warmed my heart right up. like i told you before on facebook, i give respect when i get respect and if nothing i hope that this has been a lesson to you. you can keep on making conspiracy theories in your mind on why took 3 days for the refund to get to you and how many things i sold (which are in fact none, because my belongings are in boxes) but the truth of the matter is that's how long it takes money to transfer from my bank to paypal. at the end of the day you got your money back and you can now go purchase these elsewhere with someone who will be able to fulfill your tight shipping demands, shouldnt be that hard since i sold them to you for "retail" right? anyways, have fun being curled up in your ball of anger sir, i wont be losing any sleep over this thanks to the great reputation i have over on the facebook 3a bst. cheers.

Show the earlier messages that had me asking if I could switch months earlier?

We had talked about me switching one out weeks or months before this? Why would you just post just the parts that make me look bad and you look like the good guy?

If you're going to defend yourself and try to be completely the good guy in the situation you should post the whole conversation not just bits and pieces?

Fact I bought from you months ago and you took my money without any questions
Fact I messaged you a lot (I don't think that is weird on a new forum and someone I never dealt with before)
Fact you had troubles in you're life which made you too stressed to deal with A buyer that you had a verbal agreement for months, when you know it will cost me an extra 60.00 to get these figures as they were sold to a friend.
Fact you could have swallowed you're stress, and did the right thing as a seller.

Honestly Jhon would you not post a buyer beware post if this happened to you?

exactly, your point is? anyone can feel free to look at my ebay account as well, thank you for posting my information. the rating that i have on there is satisfactory in my book and nothing i'm ashamed of. if you have personal issues with tattoo machines and tattoos that's something you need to take up with your counselor, i cant help you. but do yourself a favor and at least post things more relevant to the situation that would make you seem less desperate for ground to stand on. good job on digging up an acient thread, again, it was left up to show resolution and that at the end of the day i'm willing to work with people as long as they show respect. you should post up our facebook thread on here as well. i'm not hiding from anything or anyone yet that is what you're trying to impose. working with a girlfriend? what made you think that, what is your basis? absolutely nothing. you just sound real sour and are bordering on the fence of online harassment.

At the end of the day, we had a deal and i couldn't go through with my end in a correct manner that would meet your specifications so i did the right thing and refunded your exactly what you payed me for said figures. i'm sure if these were still selling for retail you wouldn't be running all over the internet on a witch hunt but that's not my issue, i cant be held responsible for what others decide to value their items at and rather than have your money tied up in my account till i figured my apartment situation out i gave it back to you so that you could use it how you wish.

you guys really need to take this off the boards. Nobody wants to hear you two going back and forth, especially when you got your money back.

After reading the other thread I fully support this one.

Johnnyxbot is a scumbag who purposefully deceives people in order to get his way. He may just be the first piece of :gettingdeep: to get listed in my signature.

At least you didnt have to beg and plead to get a refund haha.

I know you really did want the 3a items, but at least you got a refund and not totally assed out...that is looking on the bright side.

I'm not siding with anyone here, but just stating that hey, at least you got your money back fairly quickly compared to the other guy.

It was 8 months ago that gave him the money. He knows he's done wrong and should have just shipped the items.

I know and I feel for you that you didnt get your goods and commend you for informing the rest of the toy community. Just trying to be positive and think that at least you got a refund. At this point, there really isnt anything much more you can do it seems, so dont stress over it or try not to.

I've been in this type of situation in the past and it's really efed up. I hate it when people don't come through on their end. And in most cases (for 3A at least) it's because the item has gone up in value and the buyer wants to cash in on it. They'll look for any excuse not to go through with it. And I'll admit, I'm not a fan of what fohm did either which was asking him to do something outside of the original agreement to make up for the delay. If the sellers legitimately having personal problems which is keeping him from shipping then I don't think putting pressure on them to "make up for it" is the fair thing to do. But it doesn't warrant the seller canceling said deal just because of that. Again, IMO I think johnny was looking for any excuse to wiggle his way out of the deal and fohm gave him a reason to do it (in the mind of the seller).

I still think Johnny needs to come through on his end (although I have a feeling the figures are no longer in his possession). What you did was uncalled for and efed up no matter how you slice it. This guy was out of cash (and for 8 months) he could have used to buy those exact figures from someone else. Now he's out having to pay whatever the market value has increased to since the preorder so very long ago. And yea, that is your problem because he was supposed to have those coming from you no matter what. Just man up and do the right thing.

We had talked months earlier about me switching one of the figures, it wasn't like i popped that up out of the blue at the last minute.

I have had the exact friend who I sold them to try and get the figures off of him and he says he's going to keep them now or just deal with local NY people. His typing of VENDOR made me even more suspicious. I don't believe John Lopez is a collector at all.

Either way I paid my friend back and he totally understood, I gave him an extra 20.00 just to have to put up with this and he knows how sorry I am for not coming thru on my end.

So in the end I am over my anger for this bad transaction. After this many years and buys sells trades on this board you know you are bound deal with some shenanigans everyone in awhile!
Just want others to know about this and will just post a small post in the bad transactions page.

I just wanted to say that I ordered an F-legion from Drftdrgn for $80 @ membership time. Now, they just came in and I contacted him and immediately got a confirmation number. I love this motherf--ker. My point is he could have easily dogged me and kept it since it's worth like $125 now and rising, but he is ummm...AN HONORABLE MOTHERF__ER.

Honor is honor, and this is dishonorable, so you get publicly dishonored. If you can't trust a guy to do the deal here, then this place is nothing. It runs entirely on trust.

I'm saying, even when my life was crap I got the packages shipped. I mean, with paypal shipping you can pay the cost right out of the money given by the buyer so there is really no excuse. If you live such a tightrope act with your money maybe you shouldn't be taking preorders.

On the other hand--I also have been so upset with a buyer that I have done the exact same thing. Like dude, stop messaging me, f--k this, just have your money back----but you gave it back pretty damn late, and that sucks for JJ, who could have gotten the figs. for close to that in the meantime.

Bottom Line is, where are the figures? We never did hear where they ended up. If he says they are packed away, then he still could have shipped them. If he says he sold them off then he sold them out from under JJ. Where did the figures end up dude? :doubt:

So you actually have them? Wow. How hard is it to go into storage even and get it out to the guy? Just saying, it ain't building the atomic bomb. It's grabbing a box from your storage and shipping it.

I just don't get how hard it is to pack and ship something someone paid for...granted 2012 dupes are much less valuable and such but good god...I was able to pack and ship 10+ orders the day after...I never understand when people act like shipping something is such a monumental chore...I mean if it's really such a problem, don't offer things for sale.

It's quite obvious he used the guy to get the stuff he couldn't afford at the time. In reality it's a scam. Willing to bet they are not packed up unless he's preparing to ship them to someone who he got to pay more.
