I live +-30minutes from his home. I was in his hometown yesterdayevening, but i didn't know about the situation otherwise i would have gone to his home, to check what was going on. I don't want to get involved in all this, i just really hope everything gets resolved soon !

I say hire a lawyer and take him to court and with all the evidence stack on him he would have to pay 5 grand and whatever all your lawyer fees and private investigator will cost....my 2 cents

I'm sorry to say friend, but this isn't CSI or whatever... Here in Belgium, it's not the USA way to go. I know everything is pretty clear but in practise, cops here (think) they have better things to do than this "little" internetfraud. I know, 5k is a damn lot to lose, but e-mails aren't "evidence" for what's going on. I can photoshop whatever I want in screenshots so basically, it's his word against Will's. Don't get me wrong, I really believe you Will!

Just saying they could look at it both ways...

I really hope everything works out and that Hotel Volzet will reach Xeneize666 and listen to what he has to say. I do believe however, it's going the right way. The net is closing on that Xeneize666 guy

I attempted a reverse wire on my bank... they called me and said the reciever told his bank that item was shipped and I got it. So basically this dude is done coming onto the forum. His last 5 years lead to this $5000 scam of his..

I'm sure he's laughing it off already. I highly dout he's going to respond back to anyone anymore his toys flipping day is done.
Just be warned of any new people coming in from Belgium trying to sell anything.

I do not think I can simply get the money back from PayPal. But thanks god I was thinking he should not be a scammer so I already regard this is my own loss.
Now I want he pay back what he get from me.

Now another good boardie comes out with a loss ...Will is offering a black Accomplice / or = value for his refund or merchandise and like I stated before I'm willing to through in any item on my sale thread as well ...I don't know bout Belgium ...but round here that would get some folks movin ...anyone who is able needs to go on his face book account and post the details of his actions/scams ...and don't give me ...it's his word against Wills Horse Shiit ... what is it now 3 different seperate deals ...one shipped to wrong addy which ended up being a DVD in the box instead of the vinyl ...then a black Dissected with bogus tracking and no address listed and a $5000 deal with Will and the print ...looks pretty obvious to me he escalated his scams from one to the next and they were all pre meditated / planned and intended to mislead and misrepresent .

If calling him out here won't do it find away to make this KNOWN to the people that matter in his world . His parents / family / employer / friends / nieghbors ...I know for a 100% fact that this plan of action has worked in the past on scam artists when nothing else seemed to .

And yes he's past the point of a explination or invasion of his privacy . All the payments to him can be proven and are documented .

I'd say he deserves a swift kick in the in the NUTS ...if he had a pair .

Well, I guess there's very little doubt left. This looks to be a well thought out plan to scam a few grand out of people. It's a damn shame. Probably one of the few people I'd imagine becoming a scammer. Not because I really know him or anything, he just seemed like one of those higher end collectors that if push came to shove, he'd have tons of valuable pieces to fall back on.

I'm sure you're reading this, Patrick (or whatever your real name is). Just remember how sloppy a situation like this can get. And if you're thinking that you probably won't get caught because most KR scammers have gotten away with it, just take a look at Jason Zenga. He's a criminal who's on the run. He will never be able to be a part of this or any other art community. All he has to look forward to is jail. I don't think you want to be the next Zenga. Sell off your collection, return whatever you purchased with the money you took from these people, take out a 2nd mortgage, whatever. Just refund them their cash. This is only going to get worse for you and I'm sure you know what comes next. They're going to find the contact information of your friends and family and let them know exactly what's going on. You don't want that, man.

Patrick, if I were you I would follow mANNEe's great advice.
Belgium is not the end of the world, and if you are scamming the wrong people, things could get ugly... For me, I wouldn't sleep well knowing I had almost 10k of other people's money.
