My experience with him is he gets things done. I'm going to leave it like that.

First of all.....XENEIZE666 before i got on this forum, i read a few threads from top to bottom....he sounded very cocky, yet had the trust of many board members? Then he RIP OFF BEATNIK and a few others? I don't know how a long standing boardie does this???? I heard from a board member that he erased his FB page after he been getting harassed with emails about the money he STOLE.... as a seller you should have close contact until the buyer receives the item! and when you describe the ITEM!! you should tell exactly what condition it is! NEW to some people is 5 yrs old sitting in dust and sunlight? smfh...... ANYWAYS INTERPOL OR THE FBI will come knocking sooner or later....I would recommend to just return the money! and come out of the wood works??? IM thinking he got bored of this hobby and decided to make money off the people who enjoy this hobby and work hard to save for there art vinyl or prints. ANYways...i could be all wrong and he just lost all contact to the FREE WIRED WORLD sitting in THAILAND....and will ship it out when he gets back?

We all know you're reading this without signing in, I hope when you go to jail you find out what real criminals do to internet thieves. Hope you enjoy tossed salads for dinner every night. If you were hospitalized, then maybe you could be excused for the lack of contact for 3 days, but to hear you're out and about (and on the internet) just confirms that you are trying to beat dude for his money. You are everything wrong with this hobby personified.
Will seriously contact whomever you can, you have the bank records, emails and his name and address (real and fake I'm sure). Fraud is fraud and so is grand theft. Don't let this go, too many of us do. I know it's easier to just say it is what it is, but if he can do this to you he'll do it over and over again.

I'm not as piss for the money per say but now it requires me more of my time to talk to people last night about how to approach this. I already got the proper steps on a few things, seems like his real name isnt Patrick either way. I will speak with the FBI this week or next when I get some chance and then with homeland security. Its just TIME is the issue that is pissing me more off. But whatever I'll get it done and will keep everyone updated. Those who follow me know that I continue to live life and I spoke with Kaws yesterday and mention my situation.

im not trying to jump in and start anything but i suggest keeping threats to yourself ...they can turn into a lot more hassle than a toy transaction

Your right, Im not defending my action and not trying to start anything just stating the facts after someone say they bought 11 things from him and had no problem.. Im sure a whole lot of people bought things from him and had no issue I bought 1 thing from him last year and had no problem.

Everyone is always good until they are no good and I happen to be the person that dealt with him when he turned. After a few old boardies try to contact him and he disappear after shutting his Facebook account it proves that he went Scumbag side.

If hes such a great seller why is no one able to reach him??

Im more pissed off Im going to have to find this print again!

I'm from Belgium too and i met Patrick already in person. It's hard for me to believe he scammed someone or multiple persons. He looked like a straight up guy. He bought a JLed toy from me a few years back and a year ago a Kaws blitz set from a friend of mine.
I thought i had his phonenumber somewhere, but i can't find it. The FB thing is weird indeed. I had him in my friendlist and now he is gone out of my list. However i found his new FB profile and noticed he posted 5 hours ago... so if he can post there, he can reply his mails too.

I really hope he has a good explanation and everything gets resolved soon !

I'm sure you dont want to get involved ...and I've talked with him( xeneize666 )over the years myself ...but if you live near him and he insists on ignoring all the emails and attempted contacts to resolve the issue than you'd be doing him a favor to go and find out what the deal is ...if he's posting on his NEW facebook account then he's obviously purposely avoiding this forum and the emails he's recieveing daily ...something needs to and will be done and from what I know about the Belgium Authorities wich isn't a ton but I hear they don't mess when it comes to fraud and theft .

You should post the link to his new FB page...just return the money....you will eventually get caught or sued! This is a crime and just because you live in Belgium doesnt mean you wont get caught...there is enough evidence in the email transactions between you and WILLNYC....so stop hiding before this goes to the Police....or private investigators...believe me some collectors are not kids...they are lawyers , Police officers and very powerful and rich. They will bring you to justice....
