can someone explain peecols to me, where can you get a blank to paint?

you dont. you just strip paint of any peecol then repaint it

Lightly sand it and then prime it—if you use acetone it may melt.

I found that one out the hard way...LOL it was sort of funny. It got all sticky, but I was able to save it. You live and you learn.
