There's a LOT going on in a broad art sense, but I don't get to go to a lot of it since I live in Concord.
I try to get to KR and Super7 as much as possible, which are both on Haight. And I've bought stuff at Neon Monster on Castro and Double Punch in North Beach.
All great shops.
There's lots more, but I'll let someone more knowledgeable than me give you better details

For clarity, that's in Sacramento.
But yeah, great guy, love this colorway.
I own the Southern.
