I saw this somewhere a while back.
probably CTU. It's good work, My one criticism would be perhaps that there's a bit too much going on. Don't get me wrong, I love busy pieces with lots of fine details. But this one I fear has too many contradicting ideas within it.
They eyes look very cool. Love that glow they've got.
