If i remove the ears of the munny, will there be a hole in his head or is it solid underneath it till the bass head?

I'm afraid you will have a hole to cover

Would you just cover it up with Sculpey?
ex. squish--> |0| <--squish!
| = Sculpey
0 = hole

The thing you have to remember is, you'll be filling a void, so you need something at the back of the ear opening to stop what ever you use to fill it, be it sculpey or other, from just falling inside the head cavity.

I little trick my dad taught me yrs ago for filling holes in cavity walls and ceilings might be useful here too.....

Get yourself a piece of stiff card, slighter bigger than the hole you wish to fill, poke a hole in the middle, and thread some strong string thru the hole, and tie it off at the BACK (very important) to a small piece of toothpick, then glue the Piece of card inside the hole you wish to fill..... , using the string to hold it in place whilst the glue sets.

Once set, you'll be left with a much smaller opening, which can be filled a lot easier, with much smaller amounts of filling. Just trim the string back to the card once it's stuck firm.

Probably not, but then there are other alternatives to Sculpey...Like airdrying clays and Apoxy resins like Milliput or Aves.

or, if really do wanna use sculpey, use the Hot water method to cure it....No baking involved, and no risk of the card burning or Munny/Dunny Melting.

Here's what I did for the ears on my last munny:

1. Cut off the ears leaving them intact.
2. Turn the ears around and stick them in the hole.
3. Use a bit of tinfoil to fill in the ear.
4. Use hot glue to secure everything and fill in any gaps.
5. Trim any excess off with an x-acto knife so that the surface is flush.
6. Cover over with sculpy.
7. Bake and sand. Voila :3

I used Wire Mesh from michaels and it worked fine for me. kinda anoying but I just made sure i had enough to sand it and make ir rounded, even though I wcould have taken more time to sand it still worked just fine. also the head wasn't as heavy as filling it.

The custom I'm working on right now is sans-ears as well. I filled the cavity with tin foil, and it worked just fine. I cramped in as much as I could, then just layered on the Sculpy. I know that's the cheapest, least complicated way of doing it. It baked just fine as well.

You can use a heat gun to bake sculpey too.

Well what I did was just use painters tape to cover the hole and applied a thin layer of super sculpey onto it and the munny head, but it was for a gourd not a head though.
