Hey everyone. Im new to customizing and i was wondering how do i get a good smooth paint job done. I did my fist Munny without primer and i was wondering if that was my problem??? No matter how many times i got over the damn thing i still get bumps and brush strokes that dry. Will a primer first fix this problem or could it be the brushes or quality of paint im using. Thanks for any help in advance.

Prepping the Munny is one of the most important things you can do. Definitely sand it and then wash it down with warm water (not hot) and soap. Wipe it dry with a lint-free cloth. Then apply primer. A lot of people use automotive primer. Personally, the easiest thing for me is aerosol primer, which gets a pretty even coat. You'll still get a certain amount of brush strokes and whatnot. Just apply a lot of coats of paint and very lightly sand in between coats. Hopefully that helps!
