Hair for Munny

Post by mr.mcwhiskers » Thu Jul 23, 2015 4:02 pm

Hey, all.

It's one of those days, where I've decided to do some fan art. This time, I'd like to put "real hair" on one of these little guys. I'm curious - what techniques have you used?

I've looked a little bit at rooting, making a wig, and just gluing it on (not really what I had in mind, as I don't think it would look very nice).

How were your experiences with the techniques you've used?

For realistic hair there is the old fashion crepe method of pulling strands of crepe and artistically glue them on until it looks convincing.

But they do sell wigs for dolls especially for those japanese jointed dolls. Google around or ebay.
