Ok so i would like to know what type of paint works best on munny?
i just got done with my first munny and it turned out wack. i used sharpies, bic markers, elmer's paint pens, high lighters, and deco pens......
It turned out a mess. i was just using different types of ink to see how it would stick on the munny but they all sucked, and the colors ran together also when i picked it up my hand looked like a rainbow.
i was going to go buy stuff for my new munny im going to make.
i would like to know what i should get.
also any other tips would help and be much appreciated :D
thankssss

I like to use acrylics, but people also get nice results with paint pens (Posca seems to be the way to go there). As far as inks go, if you're careful I find the Faber Castell markers work nicely for linework though they will smear, you need to let them dry for a while and then seal them with light coats of a spray sealer (the Montana Matte works pretty well).

Yea poscas are great, I never see them at my local stores though. durablesupply.com has the pens at a pretty good price and they've always been quick on deliveries.

Paints/brushes is the way to go though, a lot broader range of colors to work with. Thin the paints out a bit to eliminate brush strokes. It will require the need to apply more coats but the outcome is sharp.
