So I was contacted a couple months back about doing a custom trikky for a collector in Vegas. After countless hours hand cutting stencils, painting, stenciling, painting etc..this toy is complete and in the hands of its happy owner. Only thing left to do is show all of you! I'm ecstatic how well this custom turned out given all the different/new techniques I tried during the process. Normally I would just throw some acrylic on there and call it good. Who said stenciling small toys was easy? Oh ya nobody did ha. Also want to thank the customer for giving me the opportunity! Whos next? i usually display my dunnies, munnies, etc at work, but I kept looking at it all day, that I brought it home with me to stare at it some more. LOL

I just used some old vinyl paper left over from our sign shop. Prob 3mil? pretty thin stuff. Was prob 10 years old so had lower adhesive quality which was nice, i could layer it over other paint and not have it peel off when unmasking.

sweet! i do vinyl graphics myself i've been wanting to try the paint mask vinyl on toys to see how it worded. it definatly looks like the stuff to me. thanks for thhe info and awesome job again!
