This is amazing! Love the detail on each piece of armor and the limited use of red on the two pieces. Loving how you've changed the horse head into a dragon. Really cool custom =D>

 That is absolutely amazing. How many hours do you have in that bad boy? Was it a commission? What gave you the idea for the horse head. Kind of reminds me of the little foxes and lions I would see on little plinths at the entrances to Shinto shrines all over Japan when I lived there.

Thanks Yardarm51!! It took me all the nights of a month and a half hahaha
Yes, was a comission, and I love the japaneese sculptures and thinked something like a dragon sculpture where the samurais go to pray or something like that and I can justify the horse head separetaed from the body

Well I can tell you that horses were pretty special to the samurai. They were all trained as cavalry and only those of the samurai class were permitted to ride horses in Edo-era Japan. If you were not a samurai and were caught riding a horse the penalty was death. So your choice is fairly fitting. They wouldn't be prayed to but they were treated with great respect as a symbol of the warrior class. Dunno if you intended that or not but you hit the nail on the head!
