Scary Girl - City Folk blind box question

Post by MANIMAL » Sat Mar 17, 2007 10:40 pm

my wife just pulled a School Girl outta a blind box - question: on the box it sez the ratio is 2/20 and has the character as a certain color - but on the character card inside as well as the toy itself it shows a color variant of whats on the box and lists it as a 1/20 - mistake or rare?

I mean, I guess i could come to your house, blow you, and then cut the lawn. Would that make me 'cool'? - F.KOZIK

It is more rare than the one on the box. It seems there are 3 figures so far that have rare color variations. Here are some pics of the 3 I know of that I got in my case. I am wondering are there more than these 3? I like them! I love them, what do you guys think? (fyi the egg holder is not a color varient in the pic)

There is a total of 15 figures in the series, including the alternate colourway of 3 figures (Jellycat, City Maid and Schoolgirl).

These are really growing on me. I've always loved Nathan's pieces and these are just as nice as the original. Out of 5 so far I plucked the tealady and doctor, schoolgirl (which doesn't stand..anyone else have this problem?) Boss, and poet. Hopefully soon I'll get a maid (my favorite)...anyone have a picture of the glassblower?

first city folk mini

Post by neoclown » Mon Aug 27, 2007 8:28 am

Hi Guys,

I'm brand new here. Just bought my first scarygirl city folk and it's a Good Doctor!

From what I understand, it's a rare, is that true?

Thanks!

That's the chase but the true rare one is the blind tea lady.

Are the protesters supposed to have eyes?

I pulled a crossing guard with a protester with eyes.
