Where now for Qee info?!

As a long term user of Qeester I was gutted to see it go. Anyone got a good place to keep up to date with the releases (the qeester gallery was always great and up to date)?
Also is there a popular place where Qee fans swop vinyl now - I am finding it tough to get the ones I want now....

cheers!

We all are missing Qeester - such a great resource. I haven't found a good replacement yet.

Qee4all seems to be on the ball when it comes to new/upcoming qee (and other toy2r related items). Check them out if you haven't already :)

nice one! Looks pretty good - will check in detail later. What would be really good is an online gallery of all the qees ever done, that is kept up to date....can't find anything much on toy2r site.

Another place I look for Qee news is the Toy2R Blog. I think there was another post where Raymond may have mentioned working on a gallery for the Toy2r.com site, so maybe that'll show up some day.

There's also the new(ish) Toy2R forums: http://qeeland.com/phpBB2/index.php

And I cover the Qee beat for ToyCyte.

Good to see you here, Mister Rollover!

Yes, Tim did do a fantastic job of taking the photos and keeping the Qeester gallery up to date - no small feat! I pm'ed Raymond about (at minimum) adding the jpgs of the postcards depicting all the Qee to date which were once available on the old Toy2R site for some sort of reference. Maybe a few more requests and he'll consider obliging?

You can post question to Raymond on the Toy2r forum Ask Raymond category: http://www.qeeland.com/phpBB2/viewforum ... f19e556ee7
I've posted some questions for him and he answers right away. Those are his forums and it's a smaller group, so he probably can keep up with the traffic better.

In the meantime, I just posted all the old Qee checklist postcards (1-1000) on the KR forum here: http://forums.kidrobot.com/viewtopic.ph ... 46#1388046

And on ToyCyte here: http://www.toycyte.com/qee-reference-guide

ray - i've e-mailed the same question - sort of.

i'm sort of stuck at having the first (approximately) 650 2.5" Qees...And you KNOW i love them but without QEESTER i cannot find a CONSISTENT place to purchase them...i'm not a fan of "blind boxes" either...i'm mostly looking for full sets of releases...WHERE CAN I GO TO BUY THIS STUFF CONSISTENTLY?

i can commit to $400 each time...i need a fix!

Word just dropped on the Qee China Artist Series. Does KR even sell Qee anymore? I haven't seen them in the stores or online in a long time.

It's weird isn't it? There's a lot of Dunny madness in the US, but very little Qee, which came first. I guess some people might feel like Qee bit off Be@rbrick, which there's even less of here in the US. But still. There's a big untapped market for Qee. I got my first Toyers at KR SF, but haven't seen them there in years. (I'm just going to keep replying to your posts, Circus, until someone helps us.)

Yes, I had noticed that Qee's were harder to come by as well... I talked to a shop owner here in Toronto who used to carry them, and he told me that the main reason they stopped carrying them wasn't b/c Dunny's were more popular, rather b/c Toy2R had raised their minimum orders by too much.

I loe the Dalek space qees, and it is harder to get them at all.

I got the 8inch black tokidoki qee and I think it rules.

Wish I knew of a place with a lot more qees.

I love the Joe Ledbetter qees too.

I bought some heart qees and a Bart simpson qee from Borders, although they never really had anything else.

LOVE the toycyte :)
Kudos Jeremy =D>

Qee's were my initial pull in for the designer toy world.
