hi all,
intheyellow.com is legit.
They are based in Japan.
We sent them some hand made Uglys for a previous event some time ago,
which was exhibition only, and now those are up for sale.
Interest in Japan has been growing quite suddenly out of nowhere for some reason so we held a couple pieces back for intheyellow.

Nice question!
Sadly I think none of us here even know the answer except for david.

I have a question... is there any way to get a new hang tag for my 24" Ox? I have owned a few 24" Uglydolls, but never one with a hang tag that stayed nice and crisp. So I worked extra, extra hard to keep my special Ox's tag in great shape.... and my partner just sat on him on the couch and creased his tag! :-( I'm so bummed! I know the tags aren't even close to the most important part of the Uglydoll, but I tried so hard to have just one big Uglydoll with a nice tag! :-( :-(

Hmmm....
This would probably be easy to find.

I'm sure someone in our uglydoll group has a spear.
Sadly I don't own any 24'' Ox so I can't help.
Try making a topic about this, you'll get WAY more replys

OK, I see a lot of discussion on the evolution of Babo's teeth, and I've noticed that most (but not all) of the newer Wedgeheads at stores have teeth that are touching, whereas the one I bought a year and a half ago has a good deal of space between them. Is that a design change, or does it just depend on whoever sewed them?

i think with time they just starting making them closer together because its not just one thats like that but all of them now.
i got a question about the line for uglycon. when you get in line are you allowed to leave for the bathroom or food if you have a friend save your spot? or are you suppose to stay until they hand out tickets?

Wishmewell and flip dude, last year at Uglycon I, we all occassionally left the line to take bathroom breaks and to get eats. As long as you don't disappear for a long time, I think people are very understanding :goodman: .

It's going to be a much cccccccccolder wait this year! Brrrrrrrrrrrrr! Waiting in LA was much nicer and warmer. In SF it is COLD! (but then again I am a weather wimp 8-[ ) and not like So. Cal at all! #-o . Bathrooms are going to be a challenge :-( . Last year, GREats was very kind to allow us to use their facilities. Bring lots of warmies for your Uglies and books to read or hobbies to craft on, while you are waiting! \:D/ Edward, any progress on that swing? :-k

I think I will miss not having a special Ugly Menu and Ugly Lunch choices this year :-(

Awww, it shouldn't be too awfully cold you guys, but if you're used to LA weather it will probably seem like it is  ! I wish I could hang out and wait in line with you :-" ...I thrive on nice crisp chilly weather (which is partly why I live in the North East) and that will most certainly come in handy next year for Uglycon in NYC!

On Uglydog's tag it says "Where's his Collar? Hint hint!"

What's that supposed to mean :-k ?

It's not an "answer" answer, but I'll tell you that we've tried to find this info out. David has not been forthcoming (in his usual David way).

It's an old question! See, ice_bat_girl, there's an awful lot of history here.

Maybe this thread and the family history should be moved to the top (important) for good, no need to bump use. So new memebers like me and others can use them. I myself wanted to see more photos. And having a fourm to ask questions in is easier then making a new thread if i can find it easier

Also, why can't I find any two foot targets for sale? They are in the catolog.

Sweetflower, there's a Search link up at the top, and you can use that to find things that aren't on the front page anymore. It works a lot better than it used to.
