the vinyl uglydoll boxes all have a checklist. on ox's, it shows that he comes with ugly dog (another doll). i also read that someone who bought a vinyl ox at the sdcc got the ugly dog. my ox, from toy tokyo, came with nothing but ox. not that i don't love ox...<br>

The Ox with Uglydog 2 pack isn't out yet.<br>
In that set, Ox will be a brighter green, like the plush.<br>
You will be able to buy Uglydog separately too.<br>

No one has Uglydog yet.<br>
He will be on display at toy fair 2005 (Feb)<br>
Ox was released early on his own.<br>
Actually Wedgehead is many months early too.<br>

Good job you asked that. I just got Ox and was wondering the same thing. Really want the ugly dog, it looks the bom. Well done on the vinyls theyre superb! Ive gotta a pokemon complex about em now... oh my wallet...<br>

Technically it is Hi End NAUGAHIde..<br>
Yes they were reissued in a bunch of really bizzare colors a while back...<br>

I'm new to the board but a friend of mine told me about the discussion going on here (I'm a little past tense).<br>

Anyway, I appreciate the comparison of Shawnimals to Uglydolls! David was nice enough to send me a message in Dec. 2002 to say hello when I get a bit of press on an online newsletter, and though we haven't communicated very much since it's great to see how his business has grown. Kudos to him and Kim Sun-Min.<br>

I won't take up too much more space since this is an Uglydolls board, but I really do feel the aesthetic differences in the characters I make compared to Uglydolls are significant. Not better or worse (I'll leave that up to you), just different. <p></p><i></i>
