WOW! Have you seen this? It somehow stayed under the radar, didn't see it on the Uglybog, David's blog or intheyellow, but here it is:

No, I'm not getting this one since I already got the GID Ice-Bat, but I DO think it's way cool. If I had all the money and space in the world though, I'd be all over this...Check out all the details here.

It's like Mariah Carey meets Kaiju. Sort of.

David posted about it on his blog this morning it was suppose to come out at SDCC but it was held up at customs. So it is now an In the Yellow exclusive 1/50.

I unintentionally beat David to the punch I guess. Before I blogged it on ToyCyte, I saw it this morning on Tokyocube, where they have some of the 50 for sale here. It was strange to not have seen any hints or inklings of it previously. I see now he has also posted it. Too bad they didn't make it to SDCC, but maybe a good consolation for those people who didn't make it. Funny he says people are going to show up at his window with torches! FYI, intheyellow was very easy to order from and communication was good. I have yet to order from Tokyocube, but I have my eye on something...

Has one had any luck with intheyellow lately? In the past I have, but since early July I have them about 6 emails with no response. It's so weird. I just sent them another with a few things that I have been trying to order all July.

In the past, I have boughten about 10 things from them sucessfully but their recent 3-4 weeks of no-response is making me worry. I know they told me that they were busy with the Taipei Toy festival but that's long over.

*concerned*

UPDATE: I finally got a response from intheyellow after like 3 weeks of sending them emails. Weird.

If your English speaking, you should try Tokyocube(as someone said above), as their site is set up for the Anglo/ Amercan market. I think it's the same prices, and still comes from In The Yellow. I bought this glittery little chap off them and it came in three days(all the way from Japan to London), for under $20 postage. Top service, made me a very happy bunny :biggrin:
