I have no say over the prices.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but..

Just wanted to say that I've purchased a bunch of stuff from SignedByKozik.com and they've always been very good to deal with. Items get packed really well & shipped quickly and they are pretty fast about replying to my questions.

Definitely a nice site for picking up older Kozik items, the busts especially. Got a lot of cool pieces from there and really appreciate them helping out with some harder to find items, including some SDCC Exclusives from this year.

Congrats!

I've been looking for ones of those lately. They don't seem to show up very much.

This piece I think is different. It's not a subber piece. SignedbyKozik bought it and brought it from San Diego. Price is fair, all things considered, for eBay prices.

Overall, I think their prices are kinda high. So I wouldn't buy from them unless I really wanted the piece. But that's just me...

As always, it comes down to "How much are you willing to pay?"

Anyone inquire about those little 4x6 "pen and ink" drawings yet?

Fair to what we've seen on eBay. Not fair in the sense that it's retail. And yes, different from the other colors. Subbers get the white pieces, so them getting this piece has nothing to do with what other subbers get.

I get more frustrated in the fact that they get other perks above other subbers (note: I have no proof that they don't pay extra for it). I haven't gotten the 5" Labbits S.2 yet, but it looks like they are selling all 4 versions, and the other subbers only get one (rumored, based on S.1 release). Also they get all of the clothing that Frank receives. He used to randomly allot them to other subbers, but now they get all of it to sell.

Also, on a happier note, it looks like all the KR releases are in now, so I would assume Frank is sending out the boxes to other subbers now. :)

You should see if you can do a pick up, it would save him shipping cost and if yr in the bay area seems like it would be easy.

just1nj wrote:Anyone inquire about those little 4x6 "pen and ink" drawings yet?

I would love to know what they are selling those for, my guess is 250

A far as prices equal to ebay, they are really setting the tone for the prices on ebay with their intentionally high prices and some what exclusivity to be able to sell a large portion of left over stock.

I know and understand that Frank needs to sell this stuff, in some cases it is part of his payment for the design, i get it. I wish he sold it directly to the board like in the past but shipping all that stuff for him is a pain, i get it. So it works out great for him.

But don't think that signedbykozik, isn't part of the reason that flipper prices are so high, and probably part of the reason that the SDCC exclusives where priced higher than normal. If flippers like them can get the price, why shouldn't the artist.

I find it really hard to believe that Kozik doesnt get some kind of piece by signing all of the things they get and knowing where they are going.

but I could be wrong.
