How do you remove sharpie ink from vinyl?

I used 100% acetone to clean off some smudges on my munny but in the process of doing so i smudged a little of the lining and it bleed. The bleeding is light but i wanna fix it and i know experts on here can help me =D so please gimme some input. thanks guys!

first you take the munny in both hands then you carry it to your closest bridge, then you tie a cement block to its leg and last let go of the munny............... in other words I have no clue, although u could paint over it.

it will bleed through the paint... You will need to sand it off...
