please be much more clear with your request. how much are you willing to spend? what do you want it to look like? why do you want it if you don't care what it looks like, or how much you spend?

price would depend on the level of work you are looking for ...what kind of dunny do you want? are you looking for a character? or something else ...that would help people figure out what you want

Look around the board n fond an artist that has a style you like and PM them. You're probably not gonna find anything for under 50 bucks for a 3"ers dunny custom. Also look in to maybe making a trade with someone, some artists will do work for toys they want or toys they can use for other customs.
